Summit 01 · How your team works together
Same decision, on repeat?
The Leadership Clarity Summit helps your leadership team see where friction comes from and reset how you work together.
Sounds like
Does any of this sound like your team?
- The same disagreements come back no matter the agenda.
- Good people are stuck in work that drains them.
- Decisions get made, then quietly remade.
- A new leader joined and the team hasn’t found its footing since.
- Meetings stay polite, but the real conversation happens after.
- Everyone is busy, but it’s not clear who owns what.
What we work on
Three things, done properly.
01
Who does what work best, and where the mismatches are
02
How decisions really get made, and who owns them
03
The working agreements the team commits to
How it runs
Before, in the room, after.
01
Before
Every leader takes the Working Genius assessment and a short pre-read, so we start from how the team really works.
02
In the room
Focused working sessions with the full leadership team, each with one clear purpose.
03
After
A written team map and the agreements you wrote, owned by the team.
What you leave with
A shared language for how your team works, clearer roles and decision structures, and agreements the team wrote itself.
Is it a fit
Founders and leadership teams of roughly 4 to 12 people, especially after a new hire, a reorg, or a growth spurt.
Questions
Before you book.
What does a Summit include?
A short read on your team before we start, a set of focused working sessions with your leadership team, and a written plan you own when we finish. Each Summit is scoped to one outcome, so you know what you’re getting before we begin.
Do you work remotely or in person?
Both. Key sessions like offsites and team resets work best in person. Most of the work in between is remote. Travel is scoped into each Summit.
Do you work with nonprofits, schools and churches?
Yes. Leadership teams outgrow how they work in every kind of organization. The Summits work the same way; scope and pricing are adjusted to fit.
