Summit 03 · How you’ll get there
The plan made sense at the offsite. Is it still running?
The Rhythms Clarity Summit designs the meetings, handoffs and decision cadence that keep your plan alive week to week.
Sounds like
Does any of this sound like your team?
- Meetings run long and nothing gets decided.
- Work stalls in the handoffs between teams.
- The team spends more time fixing than building.
- The offsite plan stopped running a month later, or never got moving.
- The weekly meeting is status updates nobody needed.
- The same issues show up in every quarterly review.
What we work on
Three things, done properly.
01
Where meetings, handoffs and decisions break down today
02
Which rhythms to keep, cut or add
03
Who owns what, and what it’s for
How it runs
Before, in the room, after.
01
Before
I observe how your meetings and handoffs run today.
02
In the room
Working sessions with the leaders who own the rhythms, to design what replaces them.
03
After
A written operating rhythm, with an owner and one clear purpose for each meeting.
What you leave with
A weekly, monthly and quarterly rhythm your team can run without me.
Is it a fit
Teams with a plan they believe in that isn’t holding in the important day-to-day.
Questions
Before you book.
What does a Summit include?
A short read on your team before we start, a set of focused working sessions with your leadership team, and a written plan you own when we finish. Each Summit is scoped to one outcome, so you know what you’re getting before we begin.
How is this different from hiring a consultant?
I don’t hand you a report. I design and facilitate the work, and your leadership team does the thinking, so the answers are yours and they hold after I leave.
How quickly can we start?
A first call can usually happen within a week. Once we agree on scope, work typically starts within two weeks. If timing is urgent, say so on the call.

Start with a 15-minute call.
Bring the friction you’re seeing. We’ll figure out whether this Summit is the right place to start.
