Summit 02 · Where you’re headed
Ask five leaders your strategy. How many versions do you get?
The Strategy Clarity Summit gets your leadership team onto one plan each of them can explain the same way.
Sounds like
Does any of this sound like your team?
- Every function is hitting its number, but the business still isn’t growing.
- Everything is a priority, so nothing is.
- Effort is spread thin across too many bets.
- The strategy lives in the founder’s head.
- New ideas keep jumping the line ahead of the plan.
- Leaders defend their own budgets instead of the shared plan.
What we work on
Three things, done properly.
01
Where you’re headed, and what you say no to, to make it happen
02
The few priorities that matter, ranked
03
How each function’s plan connects to the whole
How it runs
Before, in the room, after.
01
Before
The full leadership team takes the GTM OS assessment, so we start from where you are, in everyone’s words.
02
In the room
Focused working sessions to compare answers, make the hard calls and rank priorities.
03
After
A one-page plan and the decisions behind it, written so every leader can explain it.
What you leave with
One plan, ranked priorities and named tradeoffs, written so every leader can explain it the same way.
Is it a fit
Leadership teams at an inflection point: new funding, a new market, a plateau, or a plan that no longer matches the business today.
Questions
Before you book.
Which Summit should we start with?
Usually the one that made you wince when you read it. If it’s not obvious, take the Trail Finder. It takes four minutes and shows whether the friction is coming from how your team works together, where you’re headed or how the work runs week to week.
What does a Summit include?
A short read on your team before we start, a set of focused working sessions with your leadership team, and a written plan you own when we finish. Each Summit is scoped to one outcome, so you know what you’re getting before we begin.
How quickly can we start?
A first call can usually happen within a week. Once we agree on scope, work typically starts within two weeks. If timing is urgent, say so on the call.

Start with a 15-minute call.
Bring the friction you’re seeing. We’ll figure out whether this Summit is the right place to start.
