For founders and leadership teams
Clear the friction.
Growth follows.
You can feel the business should be further along. Your team is working hard, yet something is still holding the business back. The work starts by finding exactly where.
Where friction comes from
Ask three questions. The friction shows up in the answers.
01
How do we work together?
Decisions stall or keep coming back to the founder. Leaders agree in the room and pull apart after. Good people are stuck in work that drains them.
02
Where are we headed?
Ask five leaders where the business is headed and you get five answers. Effort is spread evenly across customers and work, and the few that actually drive growth don’t get enough.
03
How will we get there?
The plan made sense at the offsite but stopped running a month later. Work stalls at the handoffs. Nobody can say whether it’s working.
When the answers differ, friction follows. Get clear on them together and most of it goes away. Growth follows.
Results
When clarity cuts through the friction.
71%
More sales in eight months
A $10M consumer goods manufacturer whose owners were pulling the company in different directions.
We named how each of them works, then set clear lanes, ownership and accountability.
57%
More revenue the following year
A newly acquired agency where nobody could say which services or clients made money.
We found the profitable work, leaned into it, repriced the rest and let some of it go.
41%
More profit the following year
A SaaS company taking almost any customer that came along, with its effort spread thin.
We defined the ideal customer, cut what didn’t serve it, and changed sales comp to hold the line.
How the work goes
Wherever the friction, the work runs the same way.
1
Find where the friction is.
I talk with your leaders, dig into the numbers and watch how the work actually runs. You know something is off. This shows exactly where.
2
Choose the best path forward.
Together we decide what to fix first, what to stop and what it will take, based on where clarity will move growth fastest.
3
Guide the work alongside you.
I facilitate the hard conversations and stay shoulder to shoulder with your leaders while your team works through the weeds and the changes take hold.
What you walk away with
Clarity your whole team can act on.
- Priorities your whole leadership team can name, in the same order.
- Clear owners for the work that matters most, and agreements on how decisions get made.
- A plan that turns strategy into milestones you can measure.
- A team that has the hard conversations, instead of working around them.
- An outside view you can trust, kept confidential.
Ways to engage
Start where you are.

Trail Finder
A structured read on where your team’s friction is coming from. Take it yourself, or have your leadership team take it and compare the answers.
“Something’s off and I want to know where to look first.”
The core work
Clarity Summit
A Summit typically runs four to six weeks, scoped to the need and how fast your team can dig in. I design and facilitate the sessions; your leadership team does the thinking and owns what comes out of it.
“We know what’s holding us back. We need help getting past it.”
Ongoing
Advisor
A light-touch sounding board, after a Summit or on its own. A monthly working session, access between sessions and a second set of eyes on big calls. The goal is to make myself unnecessary.
“My team is executing. I want someone outside the building to think with.”
The Clarity Summits
Each Summit is built around one outcome.
The work
We name where the friction comes from, who’s doing work that drains them and how decisions really get made. Then we reset the roles and agreements around it.
What changes
A leadership team that decides faster and pulls in the same direction, so growth isn’t waiting on decisions.
The work
We get clear on which customers, which offerings, and which investments will actually grow the business, and what you’ll stop doing to get there.
What changes
One plan every leader can explain the same way, priorities ranked and tradeoffs named, so effort goes where growth is.
The work
We look at how meetings, handoffs and decisions run today, then design the rhythms that keep the plan alive once everyone is back at their desks.
What changes
A plan that keeps running and turning into results, with numbers that show whether it’s working.
What’s underneath
Clarity
The goal in every engagement. Diagnosis comes before prescription, because the felt problem is rarely the root problem.
Alignment
What holds a team to a plan is the structure underneath it, more than the meeting where everyone agreed.
Trust
Built from accountability, trust lets a team take on harder challenges together.
Integration
The engagement ends when the work holds without me.

Frequently asked
What leaders usually ask before the first conversation.
Which Summit should we start with?
Usually the one that made you wince when you read it. If it’s not obvious, take the Trail Finder. It takes four minutes and shows whether the friction is coming from how your team works together, where you’re headed or how the work runs week to week.
What does a Summit include?
A short read on your team before we start, a set of focused working sessions with your leadership team, and a written plan you own when we finish. Each Summit is scoped to one outcome, so you know what you’re getting before we begin.
What if we aren’t a good fit?
I’ll tell you on the first call. If someone else is better suited to what you need, I’ll point you to them.
Do you work remotely or in person?
Both. Key sessions like offsites and team resets work best in person. Most of the work in between is remote. Travel is scoped into each Summit.
How is this different from hiring a consultant?
I don’t hand you a report. I design and facilitate the work, and your leadership team does the thinking, so the answers are yours and they hold after I leave.
How does this work with EOS?
They work well together. EOS gives a company a strong operating foundation. This work builds on it, focused on what’s holding growth back. If you run on EOS, I work alongside your implementer so the momentum you’ve built carries further. If you don’t, the Summits work on their own.
Do you work with nonprofits, schools and churches?
Yes. Leadership teams outgrow how they work in every kind of organization. The Summits work the same way; scope and pricing are adjusted to fit.
How quickly can we start?
A first call can usually happen within a week. Once we agree on scope, we’ll pick a start date that fits your team, next week or a few weeks out. If timing is urgent, say so on the call.

Two ways to start
Not sure where to begin?
The Trail Finder takes four minutes and shows where your team’s friction is coming from. Or book a call and bring the problem.
